  • Derived intelligence and evidence references that avoid raw message storage where possible.

Privacy controls

The product is designed around tenant isolation, explicit permissions, short-lived raw buffers, redaction, and PII-free deletion receipts.

  • Raw communication payloads are time-limited and destroyed through the privacy runtime.
  • Access to sensitive data requires tenant scope, role permission, and purpose.
  • Break-glass access, legal holds, corrections, exports, and deletions are audited.
